Roc and Bev Bottomly are special assistants to the president of Focus on the Family. They specialize in teaching on marriage and leadership. Roc, a graduate from the USAF Academy, Purdue University, and Dallas Theological Seminary has 20 years experience in marriage and family counseling. He was also an Air Force pilot prior to entering the Pastorate. Bev, Roc’s wife, has been a military wife, a pastor’s wife and a mother of four. Together they model the message: Marriage is both happy and hard… and it’s made to last!!

Roc was the Senior Pastor of Pulpit Rock Church in Colorado Springs where he led the church through a series of transitions. In 1995, Roc became a Senior Pastor of Bridgeway Church in Oklahoma City. Bridgeway was a church plant designed to reach the unchurched. Specifially, Bridgeway ministered to student aged peer groups between the ages of 15-25.
